The swing workout aims to work your core in a different way, leaving you out of sweat and out of breath. You get a good mix of one arm swings, high pulls, snatches, alternating swings, and clean and presses with this intense workout.</p>
<p><strong>The sling-shot</strong><br />
If you&#8217;re not tired enough, the sling-shot will have you do a sequence of alternating, presses, slingshots, squats and thrusters. As the second last workout of the series from The Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Workout, you&#8217;ll be glad that you&#8217;re almost done.</p>
<p><strong>The Turkish getup</strong><br />
A great way to end a good workout! This is also a great routine that can be done on its own. You&#8217;ll be a bit too tired to focus on breathing and form, but this workout takes all of that into account. This eleven minute workout includes getups, overhead squats, windmills, and swings with a heavy kettlebell.</p>
<p>All the workouts put together are about one hour and fifteen minutes of intense training. This is definitely not for the faint at heart. The routine does not include a warm up or any stretches, so you might want to get your muscles ready before you start the DVD. Total beginners should train with a coach first and learn how to properly execute each movement before trying this workout. The Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Workout will help you feel more pumped and energized if you wake up feeling sluggish. You can complete the entire workout or combine a couple of the sessions for a quick and intense routine. <p>Diversify your weekly protein sources. Lean meats, de-skinned poultry and fish are a few. Also, eggs can be a very valuable source of protein during your meals. Research has shown that having an egg each day does no damage to your health. You should have at least one day a week that is meatless. Instead of meat, use peanut butter, peas, seeds, beans or nuts.</p>
